北京市思想政治工作研究会是一个组织推动思想政治工作研究的群众团体。市委要求我们在加强和改进思想政治工作中,发挥参谋助手、指导服务、桥梁纽带、团结激励的作用。1990年初,在市委恢复建立了工业、城建、商贸三个工委,各级党委也加强了政工机构和人员之后,市委领导对研究会的工作明确提出,坚守二线位置,发挥特点和优势,开拓新的工作局面。一年多来,研究会从四个方面做出了努力。一、加强组织建设,奠定研究活动的基础北京市研究会1989年8月成立,与市职工思想政治工作研究会台署办公。健全了工作机构和制度,编制11人,挂靠市委宣传部。为了
