本文应用眉区设计一个蒂在上方的额肌舌状组织瓣，向下推进与上险板固定，代替上睑提肌，矫正重度上睑下垂。
In this paper, an eyebrow area is designed with a frontal muscle flap attached to the upper part of the eyeball, which is pushed down and fixed on the upper plate to replace the levator muscle and correct the severe ptosis.
