我矿区有一层含钙离子较多的结晶灰岩,使用小口径(φ46)人造金刚石钻进时,用皂化油作润滑剂,产生胶状岩粉沉淀,并容易发生烧钻事故.后在皂化油冲洗液中加入适量的洗衣粉调节pH值,情况有所好转,但有时不小心也会烧钻.最近,在中南矿冶学院的协助下,在三个钻孔中,用十二烷基苯磺酸钠作润滑剂,钻进中取得较好效果.我们在应用中发现:1.它的抗钙性能强,用硬水时也不需软化处理,碰到含钙离子多的岩层,
In the mine, there is a layer of crystalline limestone with more calcium ions.
