农机维修服务体系是农机社会化服务体系的重要组成部分,是农业机械化健康发展的技术支撑。近10年以来,随着国家支农惠农政策特别农机购置补贴政策的实施,农业机械化得到快速发展,但乡镇农机维修体系建设却严重滞后,成了农机化向中高级阶段推进的阻碍。为此,江西省从2013年开始采取财政“以奖代补”措施,扶持建设各类农机维修中心,以提升全省农机维修服务能力、健全基层农机维修服务体系。同时制定了《江西省各类农机维修服务中心建设
