数学教学中应注重非智力因素的开发,不仅是“教学大纲”对数学教学的要求,更是当前数学素质教育的需要.而在当前的数学教学中,传统的教学思想与教学方法仍然有着许多表现,其中重要一条就是重智力因素,轻非智力因素.教学中无视非智力因素对学生学习活动的定向、激励、强化和教育等作用,用纪律、分数、名次等手段代替激发学生内在的学习动机,不仅部分学生数学学习兴趣的下降,也使品德、兴趣、意志和作风的培养化为空谈.由此可见,在数学教学中进行非智力因素
The development of non-intelligence factors in mathematics teaching should not only be the requirements of the “syllabus” for mathematics teaching, but also the current needs of mathematics quality education. In the current mathematics teaching, traditional teaching ideas and teaching methods still exist. There are many performances, one of which is the importance of intellectual factors and light non-intellectual factors. In teaching, ignoring the role of non-intelligence factors in the orientation, motivation, reinforcement, and education of students’ learning activities is replaced by discipline, scores, rankings, etc. The motivation of learning not only reduces the interest of some students in mathematics learning, but also transforms the cultivation of morality, interest, will and style into empty talk. It can be seen that non-intellectual factors are used in mathematics teaching.
