海湾合作委员会(Gulf Cooperation Council,GCC)成立于1981年,是中东地区重要的区域性组织,其成员国包括阿拉伯联合酋长国、阿曼、巴林、卡塔尔、科威特、沙特阿拉伯六国。海合会六国政治、经济体制相似,拥有丰富的石油和天然气资源,已探明的石油储量约占全球石油总储量的42%,天然气储量占全球总储量的24%。当前,中国正在实施建设丝绸之路经济带和海上丝绸之路战略。海湾阿拉伯国家是古丝绸之路的交汇地,地理位置重要,发展潜力巨大,是中国推进“一带一路”建设的天然和重要合作伙伴。中海双方共建“一路一带”将进一步拓展双方合作领域,加深利益融合,提升互利合作水平。
Founded in 1981, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) is an important regional organization in the Middle East. Its member countries include the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. The six GCC countries have similar political and economic systems and rich oil and natural gas resources. The proven oil reserves account for about 42% of the global oil reserves and natural gas reserves account for 24% of the global total reserves. At present, China is implementing the strategy of building the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Maritime Silk Road. The Gulf Arab countries are the meeting places of the ancient Silk Road. The geographical position is very important and the development potential is huge. It is a natural and important cooperative partner for promoting “the Belt and Road” in China. Both sides of the sea will build “One Belt and One Road” to further expand the areas of cooperation between both sides, deepen the integration of interests and enhance the level of mutually beneficial cooperation.
