通过GST760热模拟试验机,在变形与未变形的情况下得到了铌-钛微合金化钢的连续冷却相变规律。试验结果显示:在较大冷速范围内试验钢可得到贝氏体组织,而且,随着冷却速率的增大,试样中的板条状贝氏体含量逐渐增加,粒状贝氏体含量逐渐降低。同时变形有助于相变,促进奥氏体中新相的产生。将试验钢静态与动态情况下的连续冷却关系描绘成(CCT)曲线。
By GST760 thermal simulation testing machine, the continuous cooling transformation law of niobium-titanium microalloyed steel was obtained with and without deformation. The experimental results show that the bainite can be obtained in the test steel in a wide range of cooling rate, and with the increase of the cooling rate, the content of lath bainite in the sample gradually increases and the content of granular bainite gradually increases reduce. At the same time deformation helps to phase change, promote the emergence of new phase in austenite. The relationship between static and dynamic cooling of the test steel is plotted as (CCT) curve.
