为确定满足路用性能要求的弹韧性混凝土配合比,通过室内大量试验,探讨了废旧轮胎胶粉掺量的变化对改良混凝土轴心轴心抗压强度、抗折强度、弹性模量以及强度恢复指数的影响。研究结果表明在合理利用废旧轮胎胶粉改善混凝土性能且保证混凝土路用性能的同时,考虑工程造价因素,废旧轮胎胶粉最佳掺入量为砂干重的5%。根据最佳的废旧轮胎胶粉最佳掺入量确定弹韧性混凝土最终经验公式。弹韧性混凝土配合比经验公式的确立为弹韧性混凝土基层路面设计和施工提供了一定的理论基础。
In order to determine the mix proportion of elastic-ductile concrete to meet the performance requirements of road, a large number of indoor tests were conducted to investigate the effects of the changes of dosage of waste tire rubber on the compressive strength, flexural strength, elastic modulus and strength recovery The impact of the index.
