甜蜜素(环己基氨基磺酸钠)是一种新型的人工合成甜味剂,已广泛用于含乳饮料中,我国国家标准GB2760-86食品添加剂使用卫生标准中规定其最大允许量为0.65g/kg.我们在现行GB13112-91食品中环己基氨基磺酸钠的测定方法的基础上,探讨了顶空气相色谱法测定含乳饮料中甜蜜素的实验条件,获得了满意的结果.1 试验部分1.1 仪器与试剂GC-7AG型气相色谱仪附FID(日本岛津),恒温水浴 TB-85(日本岛津)精度0.1℃,25ml LS-I型顶空分析装置(辽宁沈阳),1ml注射器(气密性好);50g/L亚硝酸钠溶液;100g/L硫酸溶液;甜蜜素标准液:精密称取0.1000g甜蜜素(纯度 99.9%)于100ml容量瓶中,用蒸馏水定容至刻度.
Sodium cyclamate (sodium cyclamate) is a new type of synthetic sweetener that has been widely used in milk-containing beverages.
