频域心电图(FCG)作为一种新的无创性心脏检查方法正受到临床重视,但对其影响因素缺乏研究。本实验选用成年家兔,分别用电刺激颈迷走神经、切割房室束造成房室传导阻滞及在阻滞后静脉注射盐酸肾上腺素,观察和分析FCG的变化特征。实验结果表明:刺激迷走神经时,FCG指标中的P_x、P_y、R_x和R_(xy)均明显降低(P<0.01或0.05)。在房室传导阻滞状态下,FCG中的P_x、P_y、R_x和R_(xy)的幅值增大。房室传导阻断后静注盐酸肾上腺素(0.25mg/kg),心室率由108.15±38.24次/min增加到273.19±58.60次/min(P<0.01),与注射前比较,FCG中的P_y和P_x明显增大,V_(xy)中的R_(xy)波有倒置现象。本文结果提示FCG可以反映不同状态下的心脏电活动特点。
Frequency-domain electrocardiogram (FCG) as a new noninvasive method of cardiac examination is receiving clinical attention, but its influence on the lack of research. In this study, adult rabbits were selected, respectively, to stimulate the cervical vagus nerve, cutting the atrioventricular block and causing atrioventricular block and intravenous injection of epinephrine hydrochloride. The changes of FCG were observed and analyzed. The experimental results showed that P_x, P_y, R_x and R_ (xy) of FCG were significantly decreased (P <0.01 or 0.05) when the vagus nerve was stimulated. In the atrioventricular block state, the amplitudes of P_x, P_y, R_x and R_ (xy) in the FCG increase. Ventricular rate was increased from 108.15 ± 38.24 times / min to 273.19 ± 58.60 times / min (P <0.01) after aventricular conduction blockade and intravenous injection of epinephrine hydrochloride (0.25mg / kg). P_y And P_x obviously increase, and the R_ (xy) wave in V_ (xy) has the inversion phenomenon. Our results suggest that FCG can reflect the characteristics of cardiac electrical activity in different states.
