小额信贷的做法于1976年在孟加拉国首先推行,近年来得到国际组织认可,并向发展中国家推荐。小额信贷在中国的推广过程中在信贷组织运作方式、方法、监管模式等方面得到了诸多新的发展,但同时,小额信贷在中国的发展过程中也遇到了不少阻力,有一些便来自于自身的微观层面。本文主要分析中国NGO小额信贷组织在发展中受到的来自于微观层面的问题,并从管理学的角度提出相应的解决方案。
The practice of microcredit was first introduced in Bangladesh in 1976 and has been recognized by international organizations in recent years and recommended to developing countries. In the process of popularizing China’s microfinance, microfinance has gained a lot of new developments in the operation mode, method and regulatory mode of credit organizations. However, at the same time, microfinance encounters a lot of resistance in the development of China, From its own micro level. This paper mainly analyzes the micro-level problems that NGOs in China have undergone in their development and puts forward corresponding solutions from the perspective of management science.
