医院是医学科学研究的重要场所。医学科学研究是发现医学新理论、新知识,提高诊疗水平和医疗质量,增加新的、有效的治疗手段与检测方法的一种复杂、艰辛的创造性劳动。医学科研计划管理的目的是保证在完成医疗任务的前提下,积极开展医学研究。我们在实践中总结出“科研查房”的管理形式,以加强科研计划管理,使之制度化。
The hospital is an important place for medical scientific research. Medical scientific research is a complex and arduous creative process that discovers new medical theories and new knowledge, improves the level of diagnosis and treatment and medical quality, and adds new and effective treatment methods and detection methods. The purpose of medical scientific research program management is to ensure that medical research is actively carried out on the premise of completing medical tasks. In practice, we have summed up the form of management of “research of scientific research” to strengthen the management of scientific research plans and institutionalize them.
