有报道紫苏提取物具有抗炎作用,可抑制TNF生成,并对呼吸道炎症模型有抑制作用。此次以化合物48/80(48/80)制作搔痒动作模型小鼠,探讨了紫苏提取物对小鼠搔痒动作的抑制作用。 方法:在ddY系小鼠背部皮下注射48/80 200μg/只,引发小鼠搔痒动作,以立即测定15min内搔痒动作次数作为对照;实验组皮下注射48/80前6、4、2、1h经口给予紫苏提取物(350mg/kg),将给药后小鼠搔痒动作次数与给药前进行比较。再采集含嗜碱性细胞的小鼠腹腔内细胞,添加紫苏提取物及刺激剂48/80,以荧光法检测从细胞游离的组胺量。
It has been reported that the extract of Perilla frutescens has anti-inflammatory effects, inhibits TNF production, and has an inhibitory effect on respiratory inflammation models. This time, a model of itching action mice was made with compound 48/80 (48/80) to investigate the inhibitory effect of Perilla frutescens extract on itching in mice. METHODS: The ddY mice were injected subcutaneously with 48/80 200 μg/subcutaneously to induce itchiness in mice. The number of itching movements within 15 minutes was immediately measured as a control. The experimental group was subcutaneously injected 48/80 for 6, 4, 2, and 1 hour before. The perilla extract (350 mg/kg) was given orally, and the number of pruritus operations in mice after administration was compared with that before administration. Additional intraperitoneal cells were collected from basophil-containing mice, perilla extract and stimulant 48/80 were added, and the amount of histamine released from the cells was measured by fluorescence.
