2月10日,2014年全国卫生计生工作会议在京召开。全面总结2013年卫生计生工作,深入分析面临的新形势,研究部署2014年改革发展的重点任务。国家卫生计生委主任、党组书记李斌出席会议并作工作报告。李斌在报告中强调了2014年卫生计生工作的总体要求和重点任务。2014年卫生计生工作的总体思路是:按照党中央、国务院的总体部署和要求,以深化医药卫生体制改革和调整完善生育政策为重点,推进公立医院综合改革取得新突破,推进医疗服务质量得到新提升,推进单独两孩政策稳妥实施,继续加强公共卫生服务,更加注重改革的系统性、整体性和协同性,更加注重通过体制机制创新释放改革红利,更加注重科学精准的治理能力建设,进一步提高人民健康水平,促进人口长期均衡发展,努力建设人民满意的卫生计生事业。
February 10, 2014 National Health and Family Planning Conference held in Beijing. We will comprehensively summarize the work on health and family planning in 2013, thoroughly analyze the new situation we are facing and study the key tasks for the 2014 reform and development. National Health and Family Planning Commission director, party secretary Li Bin attend the meeting and make a working report. In his report, Li Bin emphasized the overall requirements and key tasks of the work on health and family planning in 2014. The general idea of the work in health care and family planning in 2014 is to push new breakthroughs in the comprehensive reform of public hospitals and push forward the quality of medical services based on the overall arrangements and requirements of the Central Party Committee and the State Council with a view to deepening the reform of the medical and health system and adjusting and perfecting the reproductive policies We will continue to strengthen public health services, pay more attention to the systematicness, integrity and synergies of the reforms, pay more attention to innovation and release of the reform dividends through institutional mechanisms, and pay more attention to the construction of scientifically-rigorous governance capacity to further enhance People’s health level, to promote long-term balanced population development, and strive to build people’s satisfaction with the health care career.
