一、LRZ型乳化炸药连续乳化工艺及设备为了克服乳化炸药间歇式生产工艺及设备存在的基建投资多、生产效率低、作业条件差等缺点,我院进行了这方面的研究工作。1983年上半年研制成小型的连续乳化工艺及设备,随后与首钢矿山公司合作利用该公司原有的浆状炸药加工厂房,于次年9月建成了年生产能力(两班)4000吨以上的连续乳化生产线。这条连续乳化工艺由原料制备、连续乳化、连续混合发泡及炸药成品包装等工序组成。主要设备有水相贮存罐、油相熔化罐、发泡剂熔化罐及三者相应的计量输送装置,以及高速乳化器、混合器乳胶基质输
