目的:观察及分析蒙脱石联合锌剂在小儿病毒性肠炎患儿中的治疗效果。方法:本研究纳入了自2014年5月至2016年3月就诊于我院小儿内科的小儿病毒性肠炎患儿68例,随机分为观察组及对照组,观察组给予蒙脱石联合锌剂治疗,对照组则给予常规对症治疗,观察对比两组患者症状缓解的时间。结果:接受蒙脱石联合锌剂治疗的观察组,其腹泻症状开始缓解时间为(0.6±0.3)天,腹泻症状完全小时时间为(3.2±1.5)天,均明显少于对照组。且观察组未发现明显不良反应。结论:蒙脱石联合锌剂治疗小儿病毒性肠炎,不仅症状改善时间短,而且安全可靠,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。
Objective: To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of montmorillonite combined with zinc in children with viral enteritis. Methods: This study included 68 children with pediatric viral enteritis treated in our department of pediatrics from May 2014 to March 2016 and were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given montmorillonite combined with zinc agent The patients in the control group were given conventional symptomatic treatment, and the time of symptom relief was compared between the two groups. Results: In the observation group treated with montmorillonite and zinc, the diarrhea symptom onset relief time was (0.6 ± 0.3) days and the diarrhea symptom complete time (3.2 ± 1.5) days were significantly less than the control group. And the observation group found no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion: Treating infantile viral enteritis with montmorillonite and zinc can not only shorten the time of symptom improvement, but also be safe and reliable, which is worth to be popularized in clinical treatment.
