由于钢丝绳广泛应用于地质钻探设备的提升系统,钢丝绳的消耗量很大。钻探工作中,由于某些人员对钢丝绳的性能知识了解不够、选用不当、维护保管不善造成的浪费也是非常普遍的。如有的野外队在使用中发现钢丝绳损坏很快,便加粗绳径,结果导致钢丝绳的提前破坏,给国家和使用者都带来了很大的损失,因而研究钢丝绳的破坏因素,延长钢丝绳的使用寿命,仍是每个钻探工作者共同关心的课题。一、钢丝绳的工作状况:钻探设备的提升系统由天车、钢丝绳、游动滑车以及提引器组成。钢丝绳的一端固定于设备的卷筒上,经卷筒缠绕后,自由端绕过钻塔的天车,再绕过游动滑车,末端固定于天车或游动滑车提把上(图1)。
Since wire ropes are widely used in the lifting system of geological drilling equipment, the consumption of wire ropes is large. In the drilling work, it is also very common for some people to know enough about the performance of the wire rope, improper selection, and poor maintenance. If any field team finds that the steel wire rope is damaged rapidly during use, the wire rope is thickened. As a result, the wire rope is destroyed in advance, which brings great losses to the country and the user. Therefore, the destruction factor of the wire rope is studied, and the wire rope is extended. The service life is still a common concern for each drilling worker. First, the working condition of the steel wire rope: The lifting system of drilling equipment is composed of crane, wire rope, traveling block and lifter. One end of the wire rope is fixed on the reel of the equipment. After being wound by the reel, the free end is passed around the crane of the drilling tower, and then the traveling pulley is bypassed, and the end is fixed on the crown crane or the traveling pulley handle (Fig. 1) .
