香港文汇报2011-5-27报道:欧盟5月14日宣布,对从中国进口的铜版纸同时征收反倾销税和反补贴税,这不仅开创了欧盟对华反补贴的先例,也是欧盟首次对中国同一产品动用双重贸易制裁。
Hong Kong Wen Wei Po 2011-5-27 Report: The EU announced on May 14 that it would impose anti-dumping duties and countervailing duties on coated paper imported from China at the same time.
