应用免疫组织化学方法检测56例人胃癌组织中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)和微血管密度(MVD)表达,分析 VEGF、bFGF 与 MVD,及其与胃癌各临床病理指标和预后间关系。发现:VEGF 或 bFGF 阳性表达者 MVD 值显著高于阴性者:VEGF、bFGF 和 MVD 与胃癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移和远处转移有关:VEGF 或 bFGF 表达阳性或 MVD≥43的胃癌患者5年生存率较低。表明:血管生成对胃癌的发展有一定作用,VEGF 和 bFGF 可促进胃癌的血管生成及胃癌的生长和浸润转移。MVD、VEGF 和 bFGF 表达可作为反映胃癌生物学行为的重要指标。
Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and microvessel density (MVD) in 56 cases of human gastric cancer. The expression of VEGF, bFGF and MVD was analyzed. The relationship between clinical pathological indicators and prognosis. Findings: The MVD values of VEGF or bFGF positive expression were significantly higher than those negative: VEGF, bFGF and MVD were associated with invasive depth of gastric cancer, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis: 5-year survival rate of gastric cancer patients with VEGF or bFGF positive expression or MVD ≥ 43. Lower. It is shown that angiogenesis plays a role in the development of gastric cancer. VEGF and bFGF can promote angiogenesis in gastric cancer and the growth and invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. The expression of MVD, VEGF and bFGF can be used as an important indicator reflecting the biological behavior of gastric cancer.
