选用P204-磺化煤油体系萃取锂云母浸出液中的杂质Al、Fe、Mn,以分离出主金属Li;研究了相比、萃取剂浓度、水相初始pH值及萃取平衡时间对Al、Fe、Mn萃取率的影响,并确定了最佳萃取工艺条件:P204浓度1.5mol/L、相比1/1、水相初始pH值2.5、萃取平衡时间18min。在此条件下通过单级萃取,Al、Fe、Mn的萃取率分别可达99.1%、99.3%和99.0%,同时Li仅损失6.9%,达到了Al、Fe、Mn与Li的最佳分离效果。
P204-sulfonated kerosene was used to extract the Al, Fe and Mn impurities in lepidolite mica leaching solution to separate the main metal Li. The effects of extractant concentration, initial pH of aqueous phase and extraction equilibrium time on Al, Fe, Mn extraction rate and determine the best extraction conditions: P204 concentration of 1.5mol / L, compared to 1/1, the initial aqueous phase pH 2.5, extraction equilibrium time 18min. Under these conditions, the extraction efficiencies of Al, Fe and Mn were up to 99.1%, 99.3% and 99.0%, respectively, while the loss of Li was only 6.9%, which achieved the best separation effect of Al, Fe, Mn and Li .
