以钼精矿浸出液为研究对象,通过离子交换试验,实现了铼与钼的有效分离。结果表明,在最佳试验条件下,即采用201#树脂为离子吸附剂,浸出液pH=8.5,流速为20mL/min时,铼的吸附率可达99.97%,其饱和吸附容量达43.66g/kg;采用9%NH4SCN为解吸剂,铼的解吸率可达99.99%,201#树脂再生性能良好,适宜循环使用。
With the leaching solution of molybdenum concentrate as the research object, the effective separation of rhenium and molybdenum was achieved by ion exchange test. The results showed that under the optimum conditions, the adsorption capacity of rhenium was up to 99.97% and the adsorption capacity was up to 43.66g / kg with 201 # resin as ion adsorbent at the pH of 8.5 and the flow rate of 20mL / min. ; 9% NH4SCN desorbent, rhenium desorption rate of up to 99.99%, 201 # resin regeneration performance is good, suitable for recycling.
