目的 :对 5 0例口腔炎症性疾病使用口服可乐必妥进行治疗 ,观察使用后的效果。方法 :以点数评价的方法 ,对用药 3d、5d的临床疗效进行观察。结果 :有效率为 82 % ;其中牙周脓肿治疗有效率 72 .7% ,智齿冠周炎治疗有效率 81 .8% ,牙槽脓肿治疗有效率 88.8% ,颌面部间隙感染有效率 87.5 %。结论 :该药是治疗上述成人疾病的一种疗效好无明显副作用 ,安全性能好 ,服用方便的广谱抗菌药物
OBJECTIVE: To treat 50 cases of oral inflammatory diseases with oral colabital, and to observe the effect after use. Methods: The method of point evaluation, medication 3d, 5d clinical efficacy were observed. Results: The effective rate was 82%. The effective rate of periodontal abscess treatment was 72.7%, the effective rate of wisdom tooth pericoronitis treatment was 81.8%, the rate of alveolar abscess treatment was 88.8%, the maxillofacial space infection was 87.5% . Conclusion: This medicine is a kind of broad-spectrum antibacterial medicine which has good curative effect, no obvious side effect, good safety performance and easy to take
