根据多年来的教学实践,我们深感作为一名体育老师,很有必要了解和掌握当地气象变化的规律。只有这样,才能合理安排教学,完成教学任务,进而提高教学质量。本文试图通过对咸阳市1981年到1985年气象资料的分析以及我们的教学体会,谈谈应该如何根据气象变化规律来安排体育教学。不当之处,敬请同行批评指正。一、咸阳地区的气象变化规律从咸阳市气象局1981年到1985年的气象资料(气温、降雨量,降雨次数和风力中),我们发现:
