目的:为制定二月桂酸二丁基锡(DBTD)的车间卫生标准提供依据而进行本研究。方法:对某厂进行空气中DBTD测定以及接触(55人)和不接触DBTD(53人)工人的尿锡、手锡、肌电图、脑电图、血常规、肝功能等检查。两组均数采用t及t'检验,症状发生率用χ2检验。结果:发现接触组的尿锡和神经衰弱等高于对照组(P<0.05);手锡明显较高,不易清除;但未见明显中毒表现。结论:在现行的浓度下,工作5年尚未发现明显的器质性改变,至于长期影响有待于进一步观察。
OBJECTIVE: To study the hygienic standard of DBTD for the workshop. Methods: DBTD measurements in air and urinary tin, hand tin, electromyography, electroencephalogram, blood routine, and liver function were performed in air at a factory and in contact with (55) and non-DBTD (53) workers. The mean of two groups was tested by t and t ’, and the incidence of symptoms was tested by χ2 test. Results: The urinary tin and neurasthenia in the exposed group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The tin content in the exposed group was significantly higher than that in the control group, which was not easy to remove. However, no obvious poisoning was observed. CONCLUSION: At the current concentration, no obvious organic changes have been found in the five years of work. The long-term effects need to be further observed.
