在新课程标准下,在初中数学教学中教师要不断地更新教学理念和教学方法,才能够全方面地提高课堂教学效率与质量,师生之间共同构建高效课堂。目前初中数学教学中还存在很多的问题,影响了课堂教学质量,例如,教师的教学理念和教学方法较为落后,无法了解学生的真实学习需求,教师无法正确地引导学生,学生无法对所学知识有更深入的理解和认知,最终导致丧失了学习初中数学的积极性,不能够拓宽学生的知识面,学生无法意识到数学的重要性,所以初中数学教师要善于构建高效课堂,把学生作为课堂敬爱教学的主体,充分引导学生去自主发现问题、分析问题、解决问题,培养逻辑性思维能力与发散性思维能力。
