农用地膜在土壤中很难自然分解,残留在土壤中的地膜会造成土壤结构破坏,阻碍作物根系对水肥的吸收和发育成长,降低土壤的肥力水平甚至造成次生盐碱化,被称作农田的“白色污染”。而由于目前农用地膜回收机械化程度不高,主要靠农民零星拾捡,回收量有限,且容易造成二次污染。为改变这种现状,更好地促进农用地膜环保化使用,建议大力扶持农业生产环保企业发展,对循环型农业示范载体建设
Agricultural film in the soil is difficult to naturally decompose, the residual film in the soil will cause the destruction of soil structure, hinder crop roots to water and fertilizer absorption and growth, reduce soil fertility levels and even cause secondary salinization, known as farmland “White pollution ”.
