目的探讨老年高血压患者年龄对血清瘦素(Leptin)与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的影响。方法选取60岁以上老年高血压患者111例为研究组,60岁以上健康老年人43例为对照组,进行血压、血糖、血脂、血清瘦素的测定并测定腰臀比(WHR)计算体质量指数(BMI),使用高分辨率超声检测双侧颈动脉IMT,比较两组的差异,并对研究组进行相关性分析。再把研究组根据年龄分为≥70岁组和<70岁组,比较两组差异。结果老年高血压组与对照组比较,SBP、DBP、WHR、Leptin、IMT有显著性差异(P<0.01);在老年高血压组leptin与BMI具有相关性(r=0.85,P<0.01),IMT与年龄、WHR、Leptin呈正相关(P<0.01)。≥70岁组IMT及Leptin明显高于<70岁组。结论老年高血压组leptin及IMT值明显高于对照组,老年高血压组中leptin与IMT明显相关。增龄是IMT及leptin增高的一个因素。
Objective To investigate the effect of age on the serum leptin and carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods A total of 111 elderly hypertensive patients over the age of 60 were selected as the study group and 43 healthy elderly people over the age of 60 as control group. Blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid, serum leptin levels and waist-hip ratio (WHR) Index (BMI), using high-resolution ultrasound detection of bilateral carotid artery IMT, compared the differences between the two groups, and the correlation between the study group analysis. The study group was further divided into two groups according to age: ≥70 years old and <70 years old. Results There were significant differences in SBP, DBP, WHR, Leptin and IMT (P <0.01) between the elderly hypertensive group and the control group, and the correlation between leptin and BMI in the elderly hypertensive group (r = 0.85, IMT was positively correlated with age, WHR and Leptin (P <0.01). IMT and Leptin ≥70 years old group was significantly higher than <70 years old group. Conclusions The levels of leptin and IMT in elderly patients with hypertension are significantly higher than those in the control group. Leptin and IMT are significantly associated with hypertension in the elderly. Aging is a factor in the increased IMT and leptin.
