目的建立兜唇石斛HPLC特征图谱。方法采用Zorbax SB C18色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液(梯度洗脱);检测波长为270 nm;柱温为35℃;流速为1.0 mL·min-1。结果兜唇石斛标示出42个共有峰;10批样品的相似度为0.901～0.961;兜唇石斛鲜品与兜唇石斛干品(水草枫斗)特征峰基本一致。结论此方法准确可靠,重复性好,为兜唇石斛的质量控制提供了方法依据。
Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Dendrobium fimbriatum. Methods Zorbax SB C18 column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid solution (gradient elution). The detection wavelength was 270 nm. The column temperature was 35 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. Results Dendrobium officinale showed 42 common peaks; the similarity of 10 batches of samples was 0.901 ~ 0.961; the characteristic peaks of fresh dendrobium officinale and dried dendrobium officinale were similar. Conclusion This method is accurate and reproducible, and provides a method basis for the quality control of Dendrobium fimbriatus.
