The lot turned out to be a church-organized estate with only one church left. The project was tasked with building nearly 400 dwellings, plus a store, parking garage for 400 cars, as well as swimming pools, sports facilities, kindergartens and green areas, children’s playgrounds, etc. The total land area is about 1 hectare and the building area is 45,371 square meters. The design intent is the coexistence of different types and forms of houses, forming a variety of city views in the neighborhood and enriching the built environment. The group is surrounded by a few stories of buildings, houses and shops at the bottom of the first floor, and roads next to them, giving people a pleasant scale. The center of the lot is four towering tower houses, which are not very common around Buenos Aires and are therefore easy to identify and enrich the city skyline.
