我科于1988年11月启用美国KODAK、RPXOMA型洗片机,由于使用经验不足,洗片机经常出现卷片,卡片。有一次烘干滚粘了8张胶片,造成滚筒断裂,洗片机不能使用。原机滚筒为胶木材料,胶木材料需进口。必须到香港购买,要外汇,还要等几个月时间才能运到,另外由于需要的量少工厂也不愿加工,技术指标也难以达到要求。
