这次座谈会的中心——经济调整与经济效果问题,是个十分重要的问题。我对这个问题没有什么研究,今天,是作为《财会通讯》编辑部的一员,来听取意见、参加学习的。党的三中全会以来,贯彻调整、改革、整顿、提高的方针,已经取得显著成绩。当前,全国的经济形势是好的。但是,要彻底克服过去二十年来经济工作中“左”的错误所造成的严重后果,并不是件容易的事。现在从总体上看,原来的许多重大比例失调,还没有调整过来,经济工作的被动局面,还没有从根本上扭转。基本建设战线仍然过长,财政赤字不小,货币流通量过大,物价上涨。如果不下决心解决这些问题,整个经济就会长期停滞不前,甚至可能出现某种危险。中央决定今后几年内继续抓调整,稳定经济。这确是一个积极的方针,是事关四化建设的顺利进行,事关安定团结的政治局
The focus of this forum, the issue of economic adjustment and economic results, is a very important issue. I did not have any research on this issue. Today, I am a member of the editorial department of Accounting & Communication, to listen to my opinions and participate in the study. Since the Third Plenary Session of the Party, the principle of carrying out readjustment, reform, rectification and improvement has made remarkable achievements. At present, the national economic situation is good. However, it is not easy to completely overcome the grave consequences of the “leftist” mistakes in economic work over the past two decades. Now, on the whole, many of the major imbalances have not been adjusted yet. The passive situation in economic work has not yet been fundamentally reversed. The capital construction front is still too long, the fiscal deficit is not small, the currency circulation is too large and prices are rising. Without any determination to solve these problems, the economy as a whole will have long-term stagnation and may even present some danger. The central government decided to continue adjusting and stabilizing the economy in the next few years. This is indeed a positive guideline that concerns the smooth progress of the four modernizations and the Politburo on stability and unity
