采用自蔓延铝热重力分离旋转法制备出曲率与弧度各异、性能良好的陶瓷内衬复合弯管。经研究分析得出,复合弯管具有金属-过渡铁-陶瓷3层结构。陶瓷基体主要由呈枝晶分布的Al2O3基体相和分布其间的FeO.Al2O3尖晶石相、石英相所组成。复合弯管的性能与重力分离SHS复合直管的性能相近,基本达到了离心SHS复合钢管的相应水平。
