正相硅胶／反相洗脱（NP／RE）色谱法测定硫酸阿托品注射液的含量，流动相为甲醇-水（70℃），检测波长220nm，硫酸阿托品保留时间8．5min，平均回收率为99．93％（RSD为0．45％）。
The content of atropine sulfate injection was determined by normal phase silica gel / reversed phase elution (NP / RE) chromatography. The mobile phase was methanol-water (70 ℃), the detection wavelength was 220 nm and the retention time of atropine sulfate was 8.5 min. 99.93% (RSD 0.45%).
