1969年,Sharp等描述了一种新的风湿性疾病,具有一种特殊的抗核抗原的抗体,对皮质类固醇疗法非常敏感。Sharp等称其为“混合性结缔组织疾病”。核抗原为核糖核蛋白,与此种抗原起反应的抗体称为抗核糖核酸蛋白抗体。
In 1969, Sharp et al. Described a new rheumatic disease with a special anti-nuclear antigen antibody that is very sensitive to corticosteroid therapy. Sharp et al call it a “mixed connective tissue disease.” The nuclear antigen is a ribonucleoprotein, and antibodies that react with such antigens are called anti-ribonucleoprotein antibodies.
