柴胡注射液是一种中草药制剂,临床工作中应用广泛,但引起过敏反应甚为罕见。我院于1984年1月收住此患者一例,现报告如下: 患者女,35岁,患急性早幼粒细胞性白血病,因发热肌注柴胡注射液2支。当注射完毕后,患者自诉不适,数分钟后即感心慌、气短、胸憋,呼吸困难,心率增快,四肢麻木和烦燥不安。立即给予氧气吸入,肌注苯海拉明20mg,另给氢化可的松100mg加10％葡萄糖溶液500ml中静脉滴注,口服安定25mg、复合维生素B_1片,10分钟逐渐缓解,
