研究了具有电催化性能的Co-WC复合镀层的电沉积过程.讨论了镇液中WC微粒的浓度、温度、阴极电流密度、pH值及电沉积时间对复合镀层中WC体积百分含量的影响.结果表明:选择适当的电沉积条件可制备出WC微粒分散均匀的复合镀层,Ch-WC共沉积机理符合Guglielmi两步吸附模型,强吸附步骤为其速度控制步骤.
The electrodepositing process of Co-WC composite coating with electrocatalytic properties was studied. The effects of WC particle concentration, temperature, cathodic current density, pH value and electrodeposition time on WC volume fraction in the composite coating were discussed. The results show that composite coatings with uniform dispersion of WC particles can be prepared by proper electrodeposition conditions. Ch-WC co-deposition mechanism accords with Guglielmi two-step adsorption model, and the strong adsorption step is the speed control step.
