通常,数学学困生表现各不相同:有的学习数学兴趣淡漠,有的数学考试成绩不及格……但我们在调查中发现,学习兴趣和考试成绩是密切相关的:学习兴趣差的,数学成绩也差;而有不少学习兴趣较浓的,数学成绩却并不见好。怎样转化这些学困生,使他们攻克数学难关,从而摆脱学习上的苦恼,实现综合素质的整体提高呢?我们在教育教学实践中,采取了如下的基本策略:一、查找原因,注意对症下药数学学困生的形成,总是有原因的。如果其他学科成绩也差,常可发现其家庭和社会方面的原因,比如单亲家庭,孩子缺少爱;父母工作太忙,对孩子管教得太少;或者受社会不良因素的影响,贪玩、看影碟、打游戏机等。其心理行为特点是:一般都比较自卑,其至有“破罐破摔”的心理,但常常有强烈的自尊心。
