对异烟肼引发癫痫样发作1例分析如下。1病历摘要男,74岁。因言语不清伴右侧肢体无力10 a、发热2 d入院。患者于入院前2 d出现咳嗽、咳痰伴发热,意识模糊。体温最高达38.7℃,查胸部CT提示:右肺下叶轻度感染,右肺上叶陈旧性病变,右肺门淋巴结钙化;血常规提示:WBC 6.7×109/L,N 0.84,Hb 115 g/L。既往有高血压、糖尿病病史多年;2007年患肺结核治愈。
A case of isoniazid-induced epileptic seizures as follows. 1 medical record male, 74 years old. Due to verbal incompetence with the right limb weakness 10 a, 2 d fever admission. Patients cough 2 days before admission, expectoration with fever, confusion. Body temperature as high as 38.7 ℃, check the chest CT tips: mild right lower lobe infection, the old right upper lung disease, right hilar lymph node calcification; WBC 6.7 × 109 / L, N 0.84, Hb 115 g / L. Past history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus for years; suffering from tuberculosis in 2007 cured.
