目的:分离筛选出海南裂叶山龙眼叶抗肿瘤活性部位。方法:采用溶剂萃取法和大孔树脂柱分离法对海南裂叶山龙眼叶水提物进行不同部位分离,采用MTT法对各部位进行体外抗肿瘤活性测定;通过B16F10黑鼠皮下移植瘤模型考察最佳活性部位对实体瘤生长的影响。结果:海南裂叶山龙眼叶水提物显示出较强的体外抗肿瘤活性,水提物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位对MGC-803细胞的细胞毒性最强,其IC50为44.1μg/m L;石油醚萃取部位和90%乙醇洗脱部位对人胃癌MGC-803无抑制作用;水提物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位对B16F10黑鼠皮下移植瘤具有显著的抑制作用,剂量为25mg/kg时,抑制率达56.23%。结论:水提物的乙酸乙酯部位为海南裂叶山龙眼叶抗肿瘤的活性部位。
Objective: To isolate and screen out the antitumor active site of Crataegus longifolia leaves of Hainan. Methods: The water extract from Crassopsis longarifolius of Hainan Island was isolated by solvent extraction method and macroporous resin column separation method. The anti-tumor activity of each part was determined by MTT method. Effect of active sites on the growth of solid tumors. Results: The water extract of Crataegus obovata leaves of Hainan showed a strong antitumor activity in vitro. The ethyl acetate extraction fraction of water extract had the strongest cytotoxicity to MGC-803 cells with IC50 of 44.1μg / m L; Ether extract and 90% ethanol showed no inhibitory effect on human gastric cancer cell line MGC-803. The ethyl acetate extract of water extract inhibited the transplanted tumor subcutaneously in B16F10 mice. When the dosage was 25 mg / kg, Rate of 56.23%. Conclusion: The ethyl acetate fraction of water extract is the antitumor active site of Crataegus longan leaf of Hainan.
