随着医疗体制的改革及护理模式的转变,社会对护理人员的要求普遍提高,为此,我校引入职业成熟度,目的在于让护生学会正确认识及定位自己,提升对未来工作的适应能力。经过五年的客观实践,我校护生社会好评率不断提升,不仅在国家护理技能大赛及江苏省护理技能大赛中脱颖而出,更是连续两年在护士执业资格考试中取得佳绩,合格率高达100%,并实现百分百就业。护理教育质量有了明显的提高,并积极筹办成为江苏省护理职业学院。文章主要阐述我校应用职业成熟度的相关体会。
With the reform of the medical system and the change of the nursing model, the social demands for paramedics have generally increased. To this end, the introduction of occupational maturity in our school aims at enabling nursing students to correctly understand and locate themselves and enhance their adaptability to future work . After five years of objective practice, the popularity rate of nursing students in our school has been continuously rising. Not only did it make a success in the National Nursing Skill Contest and the Jiangsu Provincial Nursing Skills Competition, but also achieved excellent results in the Nurse Licensing Examination for two consecutive years with a pass rate of up to 100 %, And achieve full employment. The quality of nursing education has been significantly improved, and actively organize to become Jiangsu Provincial Nursing Vocational College. The article mainly expounds the relevant experience of our school applying occupational maturity.
