按照系统论的观点,任何系统都存在着质与量两种规定性,它们相互依赖,相互制约,是对立统一的。经济信息同样也是量与质的对立统一体。 经济信息的质量实际上就是指这一信息在用户中产生的实际效果。即这一经济信息所具有的价值最终实现。
According to the theory of systems theory, there are two types of stipulations of quality and quantity in any system. They are mutually dependent and mutually restrictive and are unity of opposites. Economic information is also the opposite of quantity and quality. The quality of economic information actually refers to the actual effect that this information has on users. That is, the value of this economic information is finally realized.
