目的方法对初诊80例2型糖尿病患者,采用诺和锐30强化治疗2月,观察比较治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和稳定模型计算的β细胞功能(HOMA-β),胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-1R)的变化。结果诺和锐30治疗后FPG、2hPG、HbA1c均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),HOMA-β较治疗前显著升高,HOMA-1R较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01)。结论诺和锐30强化治疗初诊2型糖尿病能显著改善患者的血糖和胰岛功能。
Objectives To treat 80 cases of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus with Novo-Rui-30 intensive treatment for two months and observe the changes of fasting blood glucose (FPG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), HbA1c and stable models before and after treatment β-cell function (HOMA-β), insulin resistance index (HOMA-1R) changes. Results The NO, HbA1c of FPG, 2hPG and HbA1c in Nuo-Rui-Rui-30 treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). HOMA-β was significantly higher than that before treatment. HOMA-1R was significantly lower than before treatment. Conclusion Novo-Rui-30 intensive treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients can significantly improve blood glucose and pancreatic islet function.
