目的控制和预防地震伤员病区医院感染,保护患者和医护人员。方法以医院感染管理科为监控协调及技术指导力量,对病区医护人员和志愿者进行医院感染相关知识培训,加强病房管理及手卫生,强调标准预防、规范操作、合理使用抗生素。结果42例地震伤员无1例发生医院感染。结论加强病房管理及手卫生,强调标准预防、规范操作、合理使用抗生素是控制和预防感染的关键。
Objective To control and prevent nosocomial infection in the quake victims’ wards and protect patients and medical staff. Methods The Nosocomial Infection Management Department was used as the monitoring coordination and technical guidance force to train hospital staff and volunteers in the related knowledge of nosocomial infection, strengthen ward management and hand hygiene, and emphasized standard prevention, standard operation, and rational use of antibiotics. No hospital infection occurred in 42 cases of earthquake victims. Conclusion Strengthening ward management and hand hygiene, stressing that standard prevention, standardized operation, and rational use of antibiotics are the key to control and prevent infection.
