目的研究光叶淫羊藿全草的化学成分,为阐明其有效成分提供依据。方法利用硅胶柱色谱进行分离,根据化合物的光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从光叶淫羊藿根、茎中分离得到了8个化合物,其中1个木脂素类成分,1个甾体类成分,6个黄酮类成分,分别为(7S,8R,8′R)-3,3′-二甲氧基-4,4′,8′-三羟基-9-乙酰氧基-7,9-环氧木脂素(Ⅰ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅱ)、淫羊藿次苷C(Ⅲ)、2″-鼠李糖大花淫羊藿苷A(Ⅳ)、淫羊蕾苷(Ⅴ)、淫羊藿次苷A(Ⅵ)、朝蕾定C(Ⅶ)和柔藿苷(Ⅷ);从光叶淫羊蕾叶中分离得到了4个化合物,其中2个黄酮类成分,2个苯乙醇苷类成分,分别鉴定为thalictoside(Ⅸ)、sutchuenoside A(Ⅹ)、icariside D_2(Ⅺ)和山柰苷(Ⅻ)。结论所有12个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the whole plant of Epimedium glaucescens to provide basis for elucidating its effective components. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and identified by their spectral data. Results Eight compounds were isolated from roots and stems of Epimedium harringtona. Among them, one is a lignan component, one is a steroid component and six is a flavonoid component, which are (7S, 8R, 8’R ) -3,3’-dimethoxy-4,4 ’, 8’-trihydroxy-9-acetoxy-7,9-epoxyignan (Ⅰ), daucosterol Ephedra glycosides A (Ⅳ), Epimedium (Ⅴ), Epimedium glycosides A (Ⅵ), Chaolending C (Ⅶ) (Ⅷ) and softem glycoside (Ⅷ). Four compounds were isolated from the leaves of Yayuangye. The two flavonoids and two phenylethanoid glycosides were identified as thalictoside (Ⅸ), sutchuenoside A (Ⅹ) ), Icariside D_2 (Ⅺ) and behenyl glycosides (Ⅻ) .Conclusion All 12 compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
