通过对滚筒进行受力分析，以截割理论为基础，建立了滚筒载荷及载荷波动的数学模型，编制了计算机滚筒载荷仿真程序，在此基础上提出了降低滚筒载荷波动的方案。

Based on the theory of cutting, a mathematic model of roller load and load fluctuation is established, and a simulation program of computer cylinder load is compiled. Based on this, a scheme of reducing the load fluctuation of roller is proposed.
