稻盛和夫用阿米巴模式创造了一段企业管理的神话,然而如何结合我国国情和市场情况来实施该模式成为了各企业的一大难题。本文将以正面临发展困境的武钢集团为例,针对其如今存在的问题探究阿米巴模式的具体实施方法,并为阿米巴模式在国内的推广提出建议。
Inamori used the amoeba model to create a myth of business management. However, how to implement this model in combination with China’s national conditions and market conditions has become a major challenge for all enterprises. This article will take the Wuhan Iron and Steel Group facing the dilemma of development as an example to probe into the concrete implementation of the amoeba mode for its existing problems and to make suggestions for the popularization of the amoeba model in China.
