本文报告了国内未见报道过的恶性肿瘤放、化疗过程中外周血白细胞＜４．０×１０９／Ｌ２５６例次，经服常用升白药无效后静滴普通胰岛素的疗效。其中显效１３２例次（５１．５６％），有效３８例次（１４．８４％），无效８６例次（３３．５９％）。且对药物的作用机制及疗效标准的判断作了探讨。认为该疗法为解决肿瘤治疗过程中的白细胞下降开辟了一个新的途径。
This article reports the domestic no reported malignant tumor release and chemotherapy of peripheral blood leukocytes <4.0 × 109 / L256 cases, after taking the commonly used asystole ineffective infusion of ordinary insulin curative effect. 132 cases (51.56%) were effective, 38 cases (14.84%) effective and 86 cases (33.59%) ineffective.
