采用抗凝血灭鼠剂溴敌隆、杀鼠迷和敌鼠钠盐对养鸡场褐家鼠进行了现场灭效试验。结果表明,试验到第23d,三种抗凝血剂毒饵的摄食点数比值分别是0.33(6/18)、0.41(7/17)和0.50(10/20),以溴敌隆效果最好,杀鼠迷次之,敌鼠钠盐最差。三种抗凝血灭鼠剂毒饵其有鼠摄食饵点数的比值划点第7d后均超出95%可信限上限。整个试验期间没有完全控制鼠情,分析其原因可能与试验鸡场地形复杂、鼠密度过高,饲料管理不善和灭鼠防鼠带内鼠类净化不彻底等原因有关。
The anticoagulant rodenticides bromadiolone, warfarin and dipyridamole sodium were used to test the off-farm efficacy of Rattus norvegicus in the farm. The results showed that the feeding point ratios of three anticoagulant baits were 0.33 (6/18), 0.41 (7/17) and 0.50 (10/20) respectively at the 23rd day of experiment, The best enemy of the enemy, killing mice fan times, the worst enemy sodium salt. The three anticoagulant rodenticide baits had a 95% upper limit of confidence after 7 days on the bait spots. Rodent control was not fully controlled throughout the trial. The reasons for this may be related to the complex topographical conditions in farms, excessive rat density, inadequate feed management and inadequate decontamination of rodent control mice.
