目的探讨ⅢB型食道闭锁的治疗。方法回顾性分析2002年1月～2003年3月收治的3例先天性ⅢB型食道闭锁的诊治。结果采用经胸膜外入路I期手术,取得满意效果。结论采用经胸膜外入路I期手术是治疗ⅢB型食道闭锁的较好方法。
Objective To investigate the treatment of type ⅢB esophageal atresia. Methods The clinical data of 3 cases of congenital type ⅢB esophageal atresia admitted from January 2002 to March 2003 were analyzed retrospectively. The results of the extramedullary approach I surgery, and achieved satisfactory results. Conclusion It is a good way to treat Type ⅢB esophageal atresia by using trans-operative pleural approach.
