近年来.由于国家紧缩银根,各企业普遍感到资金紧缺。为了缓解这一矛盾,有些企业采取了集资的方法。有的面向社会集资,发行融资债券;有的在企业内部集资,发行内部债券;还有的企业向企业集资。据有关部门统计,目前天津市经批准集资的企业已接近八百个,集资额达四、五亿元。这对于生产的发展无疑起了促进作用。以天津通信广播公司为例,用发行短期融资债券筹集的1500万元资金发展生产,可增加产值5000万元,增加利税500万元。
In recent years, due to the tightening of monetary policy in the country, companies have generally felt a shortage of funds. In order to ease this conflict, some companies have adopted a method of raising funds. Some funds for social financing, issuing financing bonds; some fundraising within the company, the issuance of internal bonds; and some companies to raise capital. According to relevant department statistics, at present, there are nearly 800 enterprises that have been approved to raise funds in Tianjin, and the amount of funds raised has reached 400 to 500 million yuan. This has undoubtedly played a catalytic role in the development of production. Taking Tianjin Communications and Broadcasting Corporation as an example, with the development of production of 15 million yuan in funds raised through the issuance of short-term financing bonds, the output value will increase by 50 million yuan and the profits and taxes will increase by 5 million yuan.
